This chapter provides help on how to get a report to see who abandoned their orders. Customers may abandon their orders for a variety of reasons some even accidental because of a lack of computer knowledge or sophistication or even network or computer problems with their ISP or with the Internet in general. This report allows you to review this information and determine if a potential viable order could be recovered by calling or sending an email to the customers.
To navigate, from the main menu of the Order Management, click on Marketing>>Abandoned Order Report.
