How do create labels for a range of orders?
Overview
This chapter provides help on how to create 33-up labels for a range of orders. This allows you to print the orders on 33-up standard LaserJet labels.
Navigation
To navigate, from the main menu of the Order Management, click on Order Ranges>>Create Labels for an Order Range.
Commands
- Enter the order # to start the labels on in the box labeled: Orders dated not earlier than
- Enter the order # to stop the labels on in the box labeled: and not later than
- Enter the Pixel width of your labels. default=266. The pixel width and pixel height of the labels allows you to control the number of names you can fit on one piece of label paper. You may need to experiment with this number for your label paper if the label names don't match up with the labels.
- Enter the Pixel Height of your labels. default=100. The pixel width and pixel height of the labels allows you to control the number of names you can fit on one piece of label paper. You may need to experiment with this number for your label paper if the label names don't match up with the labels.
- Press the Retrieve Labels for these Orders button to create the labels.
- Press the Reset button to reset to defaults.
