The purpose of the SalesCart Express Wizard is to create the configuration and import the basic files necessary to run SalesCart Express on your web site. In order to use SalesCart, you must run the wizard first before you do anything else. It is the first step. If you do not run the wizard, once you publish your product pages no images will show up and the product links won't working giving you errors about SCartpost.aspx not existing. You can rerun the wizard as often as you want.
