QuickBooks Data Export

Overview

This chapter provides help to exporting data in QuickBooks iff format so that it may be exported into the QuickBooks accounting system. This provides easy one button export of .iff files for direct import into the Quickbooks accounting system. Choose what data you want to export, the order range and the name of the .iff file and press the Create Quickbooks File. The file is created on the server. You must download this file to your accounting system and then delete it "off" using the same mechanism. We suggest that you do this as soon as possible for security reasons.

Navigation

To navigate, from the main menu of the Order Management, Click on Data Export>>QuickBooks file Export from the Order Management Main menu.

Commands

• Check the checkboxs next to the applicable table data that you wish to include in the exported data list next to the Include Data Tables label.
• Specify the starting order number in the text box labeled Starting order:
• Specify the ending order number in the text box labeled Ending order.
• Press the Create Quickbooks file button to create the data to be exported.
• The exported data will be prompted for download. Save the file on your computer with a name and location that you will be able to easily find later.
