The first time that you run License Manager on a new store and press Load, you will be prompted to accept the software license agreement. You will need to accept a new copy of the license agreement each time a new store or domain is loaded the first time. From the menu, press License Manager>>Load. Read the License and press the I Understand and I Agree button at the bottom of the License. This process will actually create the default details and settings for your store and register your license to use the software.
