Viewing the Orders

After you have obtained a copy of the current version of the /fpdb/shop.mdb database file from the server, you are ready to view your orders using the Microsoft Access SalesCart Switchboard or Menu.

1. Find the "copy" of the order database file that you just published over using you Windows Explorer program.
2. Using Windows Explorer, locate and select the file you copied to your local hard drive.
3. Double-click on the file.
4. This will launch Microsoft Access and bring up the Main Switchboard.
5. Select View Your Orders.
6. Select View Confirmed Orders.
7. Print and retrieve information as necessary to fulfill your orders.
8. You may create additional reports or modify these reports using the simple facilities of Microsoft Access.
