SalesCart Express Users:
If you are an existing SalesCart
Express user awith a monthly support
option or if you are a trial/demo user, please fill out the form below to receive
technical support. Trial users receive a
minimum of 2 free incidents of support using the form
below. If you have opted out of the technical support option or cancelled
monthly support, you will need to purchase a single support
option first by going to our
secure
online support form. After
paying the single incident fee, you may re-start
monthly support at anytime by paying 1 incident, the
first month of support, plus a $50 setup fee.
SalesCart NET users:
SalesCart NET is considered an advanced and highly
customizeable developer solution and only comes with
support incidents for a period of 30 days related to
software installation. It does not cover advanced
technical support issues dealing with software
customization, server configuration and operation or
modifications of the software. After 30 days, you may purchase a
support using our
secure
online support form or use
one of our self-help options such as our
knowledge base or our
users forum.
Average support turnaround time:
ComCity will attempt to get a first response to your
customer support request normally within 3 hours of
submitting it during our normal business hours. During
busy times, we will attempt to provide a first response
within 6 hours during normal business hours. If you
are submitting your ticket after hours, you will receive a
first response typically within 4-6 hours when we return on
normal business hours.
First response
means if you have provided us all of the information and the
problem is a level 1 issue, a solution may be proposed.
If we require additional information or if the problem is a
more difficult level 3 issue, than a longer time frame will
be required to ultimately provide a final solution to your problem.
