SYMPTOMS
When testing out the Authorize.net features the following error ocurrs:
Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A0009)
Subscript out of range: '[number: 1]'

CAUSE
When a default response URL is configured in Authorize.net and when using AIM (Advanced Integration Method), you will receive this error.
RESOLUTION
Log on to your Authorize.net merchant interface and remove the response URL. Once you have done this, go ahead and test out your shopping cart.
SUMMARY
The response URL was used for the old method of Authorize.net and it is no longer the conventional method of integration.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
