SYMPTOMS
When viewing an ASP page or adding an item to the cart the following error message is returned: Could not open data connection. Error: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error Unable to open registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN for process 0x48c Thread 0x598 DBC 0x1388fd4 Jet'. CAUSE
Connectionstring not pointing to the correct database

RESOLUTION
Verify correct path to the database and reset the connection string to the correct path.
