SYMPTOMS
When the customer places an order during the checkout process and goes from payment2.asp to confirm2.asp, they get this error message Microsoft Cursor Engine error '80020009'

CAUSE
The cause of this error may be a missing state in the Tax table of the shop.mdb database.
RESOLUTION
If you can determine the missing state, such as California, you need to add the state and its 2 character value to the tax table.
This problem may also be corrected by downloading a newer version of Salescart, version 3.7 or higher.
