If you want to use a theme or a shared border on a page that has an .asp extension, you can do so by following the steps below:
- Rename the file with an htm extension.
- Answer Yes to the question, "If you change a filename extension, the filename may become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it?"
- Answer Yes to the question,"There are 1 pages that have hyperlinks to this page. Do you want to update these pages so that the hyperlinks will not be broken?
- Apply your theme or border to the file in htm and save.
- If the file contains asp code (say there's an Include within a Product Page for example), rename the file with an .asp extension answer the questions as in steps 2 and 3, and save. Otherwise leave as htm. Be sure to remove the themes from the merc-conf.asp file.
- Publish up.
You should now be able to see the theme or shared border when accessing the site with a browser.
