things that would like to see in future SalesCart releases. If you have a
Wish or Feature Request, use the following form to report it to us.
Remember, if you have a technical support issue or if you have a bug, please
report software anomalies via our normal contact technical support process via
Work Order Form. We do not charge you support for issues that
are characterized as Bugs or software anomalies. If you are sure your
issue is a bug, use the form first and get the free support
to have it checked out.
When you submit your Wish/Feature/Bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking
purposes. It will be associated with the account name under which you accessed this web.
After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will
be assigned to an appropriate engineer.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
We may need to contact you for more information, such as if we have trouble reproducing
the problem you describe.
