Data Export and QuickBooks Export

The Data Export menu lets you export data in ASCII (Or text) format so that it may be exported to any number of other databases, lead generation systems or accounting systems. In addition, special formats including ICVERIFY and QUICKBOOKS is also provided. Click on Data Export from the Main menu/Control Panel.

ASCII File Export

If you click on Control Panel>>Data Export>>ASCII file export you will see that the Order Management plugin provides one of the most comprehensive export mechanisms there are. It allows you to set up text export for most programs including Excel, Access, etc. You can text the Text Qualifier, the delimiter and the column names and you can choose to include or not include virtually every field the system stores. Specify the parameters and click on Create ASCII file. The file is displayed to the screen which you can then highlight with your cursor and choose Edit>>Copy. Then you may open Notepad or the text editor or your choice and past the text in. Save the file using the name and extension of your choice for importing later on.

Quickbooks File Export

If you click on Control Panel>>Data Export>>Quickbooks file export you will see that the Order Management plugin provides easy one button export of .iff files for direct import into the Quickbooks accounting system. Choose what data you want to export, the order range and the name of the .iff file and press the Create Quickbooks File. The file is created on the server. You must export this file to your accounting system and then delete it "off" the web server. We suggest that you do this as soon as possible for security reasons.

ICVERIYF File Export

If you click on Control Panel>>Data Export>>Create ICVERIFY Batch file export you will see that the Order Management plugin provides an easy way to create Batch files for exporting into legacy ICVERIFY and PCCHARGE type credit card processing systems. This allows you to easily integrate 3rd party personal computer based credit card processing systems integration.
